Iberian Cavalry

This unit of six Iberian Cavalry is the last unit to be painted for my Carthaginian army.  The figures are from Crusader and the shield designs are hand painted.  Here are a few quick photos of them.

    Nice job really like your decision to just hand paint the shield design simple designs yet very effective in enhancing the appearance of the figures

    I basically went for geometrical designs and I knew I wanted to stick to a simple color palette - red, black, white, yellow. I also copied some ideas from my Spanish infantry shields.
